Located in Chicago’s West Loop area, the 3 East Loft facilities provide an upscale, intimate atmosphere for your meetings and events. From T1 Internet access to whiteboards, from a coffee bar to a full kitchen, the glass-enclosed conference room and meeting room are equipped to suit all your needs.

• Located in the West Loop, just minutes away from the center of Chicago’s business district
• Glass-enclosed conference room for six. Equipped with T1 Internet access, white board, and Bernhardt conference table
• Meeting room for up to 25 people. Equipped with T1 Internet access, A/V equipment, and whiteboard
• Two private restrooms, coat closet and access to kitchen
• Easily accessible from the “L”, CTA and Metra
• City parking lot and on street parking available
• Available Monday through Sunday

Prices

• Refundable deposit of $100 (72 hour cancellation policy or loss of deposit)
• Glass-enclosed room - $25 /hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Large conference room - $75/hour (2 hour minimum), $275/4 hours, $520/8 hours

Public Transportation
The office is located at 900 W. Jackson, the NW corner of Jackson and Peoria, with the entrance on Peoria.

• CTA Buses - #126 Jackson – Exit at stop between Peoria & Sangamon. Proceed a ½ block east. #8 Halsted – Exit at Jackson. Proceed west to Peoria. #7 Harrison – Stop is located 2 blocks south of Jackson.
• CTA Blue Line Train– Exit at UIC Halsted. Proceed north on Peoria.
• Metra Train- Located at Adams & Clinton. Proceed west on Adams and then 1 block south on Peoria.

There are several nearby pay lots with costs ranging from approximately $6 - $10.
